This is often the first hurdle. Whether you can’t connect initially or they suddenly won’t reconnect, try these steps:

  • Check the Basics: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, tablet, or computer. Make sure your earbuds are actually in pairing mode (check your manual – this often involves holding a button on the case or the earbuds themselves).
  • Power Levels: Ensure both earbuds AND the charging case have sufficient charge. Some earbuds won’t pair if low on battery.
